钙钛矿光电材料与器件研究;钙钛矿薄膜形核结晶;界面调控及器件稳定性

个人简介

郭锐,williamhill英国官网副研究员,博士生导师,长期从事钙钛矿光电材料与器件研究,围绕钙钛矿薄膜形核结晶、界面调控及器件稳定性开展了系统深入的工作,在VASP工艺、结晶动力学调控、界面诱导结晶、缺陷修复以及多维表征分析等方面形成了较系统的研究积累。近五年内,在钙钛矿太阳能电池领域发表SCI论文14篇,以第一作者或通讯作者身份在Energy & Environmental Science、Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials等期刊发表多篇研究论文,申请国家发明专利2项(授权1项);主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金(C类)项目和海南省自然科学基金面上项目,并作为骨干参与国家重点研发计划项目等科研任务;参与《全钙钛矿叠层太阳能电池制备技术规范》团体标准编制。
